I was born on June 11, 1986. I was a very creative, forceful, and "free-spirited" child. My parent's book collection bear the lasting crayon-laden results of my initial artistic endeauvors, hehe and, as I'm told, my parents have more pictures of me naked as a child than of my other three brothers clothed!

All throughout my childhood years, I was always artistically inclined and that creativity took its form through art as well as singing, acting, and being a general pain in the ass. I got heavily into faery art while I was still in high school. Amy Brown's work started the spark and I am still incredibly inspired by her.
Soon after, I got into the world of Heavy Metal magazine and discovered the amazing, awe-inspiring work of Luis Royo and Dorian Cleavenger as well as Joseph Vargo. I am still breathless from what they do....whoo.

In college, my artistic process was furthered nudged and refined from the incredible Art Dept. staff of Mansfield University. It was during these four years that I really came into my own as an artist and spiritualist. I was also introduced to the Alchemy Gothic art that incredibly and deeply inspired me.

I currently hold a Bachelor's degree in Art History with a Minor in Studio Art. I have aspirations of furthering my education all the way up to a doctoral degree in either Art History, Mythological Studies, or Fine Arts concentrations. I plan on being either a Curator or an Art Professor in addition to running my Faery Art business.

Hmmm. I got a shit load. As far as artists go, Amy Brown, Joseph Vargo, Luis Royo, Dorian Cleavenger, and Alchemy Gothic, as I already mentioned. Nene Thomas, Ruth Thompson, Jessica Galbreth, Jasmine Beckett-Griffith, Stephanie Pui-Mun Law and Michele lee Phelan. As far as fine artists go; Susan Seddon Boulet and Georgia O'Keefe. I know I'm forgetting some but that's whats editing is for!

I am very very very inspired by music. Kamelot, Nightingale, Symphony X, Avantasia "The Scarecrow", Loreena McKennitt, Therion, Blackmore's Night, Omnia, Nightwish, Evanescence, For My Pain.

I am also inspired by my spirituality. I am very psychic and very spiritual and this takes its manifestation through my art. It's not hard to spot beings that make multiple appearances in my art, they are my muses. I create what I Love and what's important to me. I also use my art as windows into unseen things and as a tool for self discovery. I think that's what art is for.

The Phantom of the Opera mythos has also had a gorge-like deep influence in my pysche and through that in my art. I think that Erik was an incarnated man and that his Soul journey through Creation is a million times more unbelievable than his life, but...suiting. :)
